Our Customer:
A global product company in the cybersecurity domain, focused on helping organizations identify and reduce risks across modern IT environments.
Your tasks:
- Design, orchestrate, and maintain reliable deployments across cloud and on-premise environments
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency (FinOps)
- Act as a technical consultant for enterprise customers during complex troubleshooting sessions
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues in real-time
- Ensure smooth on-premise delivery and upgrades using MSI packaging tools (or similar)
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and automated self-healing mechanisms
- Continuously enhance system performance, stability, and reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence
Required experience and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / Cloud Operations
- Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Solid understanding of hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premise)
- Strong knowledge of networking: VPN, firewalls, DNS
- Experience with Windows Server administration and SQL connectivity
- Proven experience working with on-premise deployments (MSI or similar tools)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in high-pressure, customer-facing environments
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers in global environments
- Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Background in identity and access management systems
- Experience with automated recovery / self-healing systems
