Our Customer:
Our client has developed a fully-present, richly-communicative virtual care coordinator powered by AI. This care navigator can make thousands of highly personalized phone calls every day, transforming remote care management and helping to overcome the critical shortage of skilled nursing staff.
Required experience and skills:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in Full-stack development;
- 4+ years of professional experience in backend development (Python);
- 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development;
- 2+ years with React.js;
- Experience building AI-powered applications (e.g., integration of ML models, NLP, conversational AI, or predictive analytics);
- Experience in applications utilizing relational databases as part of the overall application architecture (MySQL or Postgres);
- Experience designing and defining architecture, including writing design reviews and test plans as part of launching software products;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Strong technical problem-solving skills;
- English – Upper-Intermediate.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in CI/CD processes;
- Experience with Cloud (AWS preferred);
- Experience with Redis or similar In-memory key-value databases;
- Web development experience – API, Flask, FastAPI, AsyncIO;
- Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes;
- Experience applying AI/ML in healthcare, voice technologies, or automation scenarios.
Working conditions
5-day working week, 8-hour working day, flexible schedule;
All UA public holidays are days off;
