Our Customer:
An AI-first startup that builds scalable communication and field-management solutions used in high-volume, real-time environments.
Your tasks:
- Develop and maintain backend services using PHP and modern frontend applications using Next.js.
- Design and implement scalable features for communication-heavy platforms with real-time interactions.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Integrate and maintain third-party communication tools, including Twilio.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape AI-first product capabilities.
Required experience and skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong experience with PHP for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js for building modern frontend applications.
- Experience working in AI-first product environments.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with MySQL and relational database design.
- Understanding of building scalable, high-availability systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fully distributed team.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Twilio or similar communication APIs.
- Background in field management platforms or large-scale call center systems.
Working conditions
