Team Lead/Full-stack Developer (Node+React) Remote Full-time

Our Customer:

It is a global digital marketing company specializing in growing direct-to-consumer brands through paid advertising, creative strategies, and conversion optimization. 

Your tasks:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 full stack developers and 4 QA professionals, ensuring high performance and collaboration;
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects using agile methodologies;
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using ReactJS and NodeJS;
• Oversee QA processes, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance standards are met;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines;
• Conduct code reviews, and troubleshooting, and guide the team in best practices;
• Foster a positive team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement;

Required experience and skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Team Lead;
• 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• English – Upper-Intermediate+.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with PHP;
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
• Previous experience managing QA positions or teams.
