- Perform performance tuning for BW data loads, process chains, HANA models, queries and reporting applications
- Monitor and troubleshoot data extraction, transformation and reporting issues
- Manage SAP SLT replication configurations, including troubleshooting replication issues, monitoring load jobs and ensuring real-time data availability between source systems and SAP HANA
- Perform BW housekeeping activities, including data volume management, process chain monitoring, PSA cleanup, request deletion and system health checks
- Plan and execute SAP BW data archiving and retention processes to optimize database performance and meet data governance requirements
- Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, patch implementations and BW on HANA implementations, including impact assessment, testing, validation and post-go-live support
- Ensure data quality, integrity and compliance with organizational standards
- Ensure compliance with audit, security, GxP, SOX and data governance requirements through proper documentation and change management practices
- Collaborate with BASIS, functional and business teams to resolve production issues
- Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support
ניסיון ומיומנויות נדרשים:
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP BW Consultant
- Deep understanding of SAP BW 7.x and SAP BW on HANA
- Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools, including Analysis for Office (AFO)
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC as a source system and its data extraction mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with SAP SLT, including replication configuration and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI)
- Solid understanding of SQL
- Working knowledge of ABAP debugging
- Proven ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across BW data loads, HANA models, queries and reports
- English – Upper-Intermediate
