The company is actively investing in operational excellence, process modernization, and digital initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions and locations.

המשימות שלך:

  • Lead digital initiatives from idea definition through pilot execution and broader deployment.
  • Gather business requirements and convert them into clear product specifications for technical teams.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and multi-year development roadmaps.
  • Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support adoption of digital solutions across different operational areas.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Track progress of ongoing initiatives and help remove delivery obstacles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and digital tools.
  • Promote change management activities and encourage adoption of new ways of working.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digital maturity across the organization.

ניסיון ומיומנויות נדרשים:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, technical, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience within manufacturing, operations, quality, or another process-driven industry.
  • Previous experience managing projects, products, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation programs and product lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of regulated business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across international teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Availability for occasional business travel.

  • Experience with AI-driven initiatives or intelligent automation projects.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts, connected systems, or digital operations.
  • Experience defining long-term roadmaps and transformation strategies.
  • Background in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience working in multinational environments.
  • Previous leadership or people management experience.
