Customer is a tech-enabled vacation rentals property management company. The company provides full service for both owners and guests of the properties by using dashboard management software.

Position Overview:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you guide clients through the first stage of their journey — from kickoff call to completed training. You are the main point of contact during onboarding, responsible for timelines, coordination, and ensuring clients are fully prepared to operate independently after migration.

Your Tasks:

  • Lead kickoff calls and explain the onboarding process and next steps.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout onboarding.
  • Prepare clients for migration and coordinate timelines with the Migration Specialist.
  • Guide clients through onboarding tasks and keep them accountable to deadlines.
  • Be actively involved during migration days to ensure smooth execution.
  • Deliver post-migration product trainings tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, collaborating with Support, Product, and Migration teams.
  • Track onboarding progress, issues, and updates in internal systems.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, account management, project management, or implementation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple onboarding projects in parallel.
  • High level of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Comfortable leading calls, trainings, and explaining product workflows.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Background in fast-growing startups or dynamic environments.
  • Experience with SaaS onboarding or client enablement.
