Notre client :
Our client is a fast-growing technology company with a global R&D and QA presence, including teams in Poland and Ukraine. They develop complex software products for international markets and value quality, collaboration, and innovation across all teams.
Vos tâches :
- Conduct thorough manual QA testing for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Perform API testing and evaluate system architecture.
- Work hands-on with databases, including MongoDB and NoSQL, to verify data integrity and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure stability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve system discrepancies.
- Support global R&D, Product, and QA teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Expérience et compétences requises :
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate feedback and extract actionable insights.
- Experience with front-end, back-end, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to understand how product requirements affect system functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and service-oriented approach.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) for collaboration with global teams.
- Patience and adaptability when handling complex requirements.
Would be a Plus:
- Experience in e-commerce projects.
