Senior Full-Stack Python React A distance Temps plein

Notre client :

A global pharmaceutical company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of generic medicines. The team builds data, analytics and AI solutions within a Microsoft-first ecosystem to support the company’s digital transformation.

Vos tâches :

• Own features end to end, from API design through deployment on Azure
• Discuss business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into software solutions
• Write clean code across frontend and backend, aligned with user requirements and project specifications
• Test and debug applications, addressing functional issues and bugs
• Deploy and maintain software components on Azure, verifying systems and troubleshooting existing code
• Provide architectural input on AI product surfaces
• Produce design documents, READMEs and code comments that make the code clear to all team members
• Collaborate with AI engineers, frontend engineers, UX designers and product managers
• Mentor mid-level developers

Expérience et compétences requises :

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead role
• 5+ years of experience with Python
• Hands-on experience with Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django
• 3+ years of experience building web applications with React
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM-backed applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or similar APIs
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Functions, Storage and Key Vault
• Solid understanding of REST API design
• Solid understanding of microservices design
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Working knowledge of HTML /CSS
• Working knowledge of XML
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and the software deployment lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Git
• Strong command of API and web service security practices
• Strong command of data security practices
• Solid understanding of Agile development best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong team player who supports colleagues
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English – Upper-Intermediate

Ce serait un plus :

• Prior experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare or finance
• Experience building AI features such as chatbots, RAG pipelines or AI assistants
• Experience with Node.js/Express or .NET
• Experience with React Native or Angular
• Experience with gRPC-based services
• Familiarity with Databricks
• Working knowledge of Java or C#
• Knowledge of R Shiny, PHP or C++
