Their products rely on advanced data analysis and experimentation to continuously optimize large-scale systems, improve traffic quality, and maximize return on investment. The team focuses on building data-informed strategies to enhance decision-making across product and machine learning domains.
Vos tâches :
- Investigate system performance and campaign behavior to uncover inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain meaningful metrics to evaluate pricing, traffic allocation, and overall system health
- Support experimentation processes by preparing data, validating results, and ensuring consistency in test conditions
- Analyze A/B tests and translate outcomes into clear business and product insights
- Explore datasets to detect anomalies, data inconsistencies, and hidden patterns
- Contribute to building datasets and signals that can be used for further modeling and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Machine Learning, Product) to align analytical findings with business goals
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve targeting, budget allocation, and system efficiency
Expérience et compétences requises :
- 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role (Data Analyst or similar)
- Mandatory hands-on experience in the AdTech industry
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
- Strong knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Proven experience with A/B testing and performance analysis in production environments
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex system behavior into actionable insights
- Experience presenting data-driven findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and independently drive analysis
Ce serait un plus :
- Familiarity with auction-based systems, bidding strategies, or pricing optimization
- Exposure to fraud detection, traffic quality analysis, or anomaly detection
- Experience building dashboards or internal analytical tools
