Notre client :

A global enterprise organization focused on building scalable analytics and data platforms within a Microsoft-first ecosystem. The company leverages Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and modern data technologies to deliver secure, high-performance business intelligence and analytics solutions across the organization.

Vos tâches :

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise analytics and data solutions, from solution design and architecture through implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Power BI, Azure, and Databricks environments, including prototyping, architecture reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
• Define implementation strategies, validate estimates, identify dependencies, and proactively manage delivery risks.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards across reporting, semantic modeling, data pipelines, testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, compliance, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high delivery quality and technical excellence.
• Identify technical debt, drive remediation initiatives, and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and delivery teams.

Expérience et compétences requises :

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Solution Delivery Lead role with ownership of architecture and delivery outcomes.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, governance, deployment, automation, and performance tuning.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python for analytics, automation, and data engineering solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT architectures, orchestration, monitoring, and production support processes.
• Proven experience leading technical design, architecture reviews, implementation support, code reviews, and technical problem-solving initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security, governance, access control, compliance, and operational support requirements.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments involving multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, and external suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.

Ce serait un plus :

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, or similar compliance-driven sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Services.
• Experience driving analytics modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, Azure Data Engineering, Azure Architecture, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience participating in vendor evaluation, supplier management, or technical interview processes.
