Notre client :

A global enterprise organization building modern data, analytics, and business process solutions within a Microsoft-first ecosystem. The company focuses on digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization through modern analytics and low-code technologies.

Vos tâches :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional solutions, workflows, and process improvements
• Support the design and implementation of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Prepare and maintain business and technical documentation, including process flows, solution designs, and user documentation
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data flows, and solution designs
• Define and document data processes, data structures, and integration requirements
• Write SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Participate in testing activities, including data validation and user acceptance testing
• Review dashboards and analytical reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and end-to-end traceability across solutions

Expérience et compétences requises :

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Data, Analytics, BI, or Power Platform environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL, data analysis, and data validation
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• 1+ years of experience working with Power BI or Qlik Sense
• Understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience preparing business, functional, and technical documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and user acceptance testing processes
• Good written and spoken English skills

Would be a Plus:

• Experience with Oracle databases
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as DataStage
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or SQL integrations
• Experience supporting Power Platform initiatives
• Experience working in enterprise Data and Analytics environments
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
• Experience working in distributed or international teams
