Notre client :
Our client is a cutting-edge technology team focusing on AI compilers and high-performance computing. They develop advanced tools and frameworks that optimize machine learning workloads on modern CPU, GPU, and accelerator architectures. The team is expanding its engineering leadership with a senior technical expert who will guide the next generation of AI compiler solutions.
Vos tâches :
- Lead a team of software engineers (3+), providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Drive the development of backend systems for high-performance compiler tools and ML frameworks.
- Contribute to architecture design, optimization, and scaling of complex compiler backends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new compiler features into production workflows.
- Participate in and contribute to open-source projects and cutting-edge research.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability while mentoring team members in best practices.
Expérience et compétences requises :
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years developing backend systems for large-scale compiler frameworks (LLVM or similar).
- 2+ years of team leadership managing software engineers.
- Experience with MLIR or similar intermediate representation frameworks is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following:
– Contributions to open-source compiler or ML projects.
– Development of state-of-the-art neural network architectures.
– Specialization in ML accelerators, HPC, or CPU/GPU architectures. - Experience with MLIR or similar intermediate representation frameworks is a plus.
- Anglais - Intermédiaire supérieur.
Ce serait un plus :
- Hands-on experience with high-performance computing optimizations.
- Prior involvement in AI infrastructure or compiler toolchains.
