Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js / React) Agentic Engineering A distance Temps plein

Notre client :

A global e-commerce company with a portfolio of consumer brands. You will join the Operations team in R&D, which builds AI-powered systems, analytics and automation for the post-purchase customer journey, from fulfillment to delivery.

Vos tâches :

• Own operational initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and solution design to production rollout and continuous improvement
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for distributed systems
• Design and build AI-powered applications, services and automation
• Develop backend services with Node.js and TypeScript as the primary focus of the role
• Contribute to frontend development with React
• Develop integrations with internal platforms, data infrastructure, external services and third-party vendors
• Identify production bottlenecks and improve the performance and reliability of large-scale, data-intensive processes
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Data and Operations teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews

Expérience et compétences requises :

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on server-side development using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Expert-level knowledge of Express or NestJS
• Hands-on experience with React or a similar frontend framework
• Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices that operate reliably at scale
• Proven experience building production-grade REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as SQS, Kinesis or Kafka
• Strong command of unit and integration testing
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of observability and production monitoring
• AI-first approach to development with hands-on use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor
• Proven ability to lead architectural decisions
• Proven ability to document technical designs with architecture diagrams, flowcharts and sequence diagrams
• English — Fluent

Ce serait un plus :

• Hands-on experience with Python for backend services, automation, data processing or AI-related applications
