Our customer is an international organization operating in a highly regulated industry and delivering complex products to global markets. The company is actively investing in operational excellence, process modernization, and digital initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions and locations.
Vos tâches :
- Lead digital initiatives within Global Operations from idea definition through pilot execution and broader deployment.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into clear product specifications for technical teams.
- Break down business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories ready for implementation.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and multi-year development roadmaps.
- Define feature scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities in collaboration with technical teams.
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Identify delivery dependencies, technical constraints, and data readiness considerations.
- Support adoption of digital solutions across different Global Operations functions.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Track progress of ongoing initiatives and help remove delivery obstacles.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing operational processes through automation and digital tools.
- Promote change management activities and encourage adoption of new ways of working.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and digital maturity across Global Operations.
Expérience et compétences requises :
- 5+ years of experience within manufacturing, operations, quality, or another process-driven industry.
- Experience supporting Global Operations initiatives or working within global operational environments.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital, data, analytics, automation, or AI-related products and initiatives.
- Previous experience managing projects, products, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation programs and product lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of data modeling, data integration, data quality, and analytics concepts.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms supporting digital, analytics, or AI solutions.
- Understanding of regulated business processes, compliance requirements, and data governance principles.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and delivery-ready product backlogs.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across international teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, technical, or related field.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Availability for occasional business travel.
