Our customer is a large international pharmaceutical company with an in-house data, analytics and AI delivery organization building enterprise data platforms and AI products.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Translate business priorities into product scope, epics, features and user stories
- Own and refine the product backlog
- Define feature scope, acceptance criteria and delivery readiness inputs for planning
- Assess dependencies, technical constraints and data readiness at product level
- Act as the product authority for feature scope, backlog priorities and acceptance decisions
- Collaborate with CoEs, Architecture, Data and delivery teams on delivery-ready scope
- Drive product alignment with Enterprise Architecture, security, privacy and data governance
- Ensure data quality across pipelines and analytical outputs
- Translate production learnings, defects and enhancement requests into backlog actions
Erforderliche Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in enterprise IT
- 5+ years of experience delivering data, analytics or AI products
- 5+ years of experience in backlog refinement, including feature decomposition and acceptance criteria definition
- 5+ years of experience performing high-level technical assessment of data, digital and AI solutions
- Deep understanding of end-to-end data and analytics lifecycles
- Hands-on experience with analytics, AI and ML use cases, including model integration into business processes
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, data integration and data quality
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks or Snowflake
- Hands-on experience preparing delivery-ready inputs for PI and sprint planning
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- English – Upper-Intermediate
Wäre ein Plus:
- Hands-on experience in the pharma R&D business area
- Experience in regulated environments such as GxP
- SAFe POPM or an equivalent agile or product certification
- ITIL Foundation
