Our client is a technology-driven company specializing in insurance and financial services software solutions. Their platform helps brokers, agencies, and insurers manage the entire policy lifecycle, optimize workflows, and make data-driven business decisions. The team is expanding to include Salesforce experts who can deliver scalable, client-focused implementations in the finance and insurance sector.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Translate client requirements into technical Salesforce solutions, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce applications aligned with client workflows.
- Create reports, dashboards, and automation to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain implementations, ensuring high system performance.
- Apply best practices in data modeling, security, and workflow automation to deliver robust solutions.
- Contribute to process documentation, solution design, and system configuration.
Erforderliche Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce applications.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, data modeling, and automation.
- Experience in the finance or insurance sector is required.
- Salesforce certification(s) – Admin (mandatory).
- BA/BSc in relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

- Experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and process flow design in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin).
