Sales Manager Fernbedienung Vollzeit

Required skills:

  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to grow, develop and maintain personal relationship with a network of potential buyers;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take risks and operate in conditions of high uncertainty;
  • Ability to travel outside Ukraine;
  • Fluent written and good spoken English (Advanced).

Zuständigkeiten:

  • Participate in the development of the company’s business strategy;
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects via the established channels like LinkedIn and mass communication such as email, social media and phone calls;
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to build the connection, gather information about their project and identify their pain;
  • Negotiate contract conditions;
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
  • Prepare and submit proposals;
  • Increase marketing/sales funnel metrics;
  • Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction rate;
  • Support clients after signing contracts.
