Ihre Aufgaben:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional solutions, workflows, and process improvements
- Support the design and implementation of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Prepare and maintain business and technical documentation, including process flows, solution designs, and user documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data flows, and solution designs
- Define and document data processes, data structures, and integration requirements
- Write SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Participate in testing activities, including data validation and user acceptance testing
- Review dashboards and analytical reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and end-to-end traceability across solutions
Erforderliche Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Data, Analytics, BI, or Power Platform environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL, data analysis, and data validation
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- 1+ years of experience working with Power BI or Qlik Sense
- Understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience preparing business, functional, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and user acceptance testing processes
- Good written and spoken English skills
Would be a Plus:
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as DataStage
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or SQL integrations
- Experience supporting Power Platform initiatives
- Experience working in enterprise Data and Analytics environments
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
- Experience working in distributed or international teams
