Ihre Aufgaben:
- Analyze business needs from stakeholders and subject matter experts and turn them into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
Keep requirements documentation, decision records, and traceability materials up to date, while ensuring backlog items are well-defined and ready for development. - Detect dependencies, risks, missing information, and areas that require clarification across the delivery process.
- Shape AI use cases and user journeys, covering conversation scenarios, expected outcomes, response behavior, escalation logic, fallback cases, and feedback mechanisms.
- Review user questions and intents, identify gaps in available knowledge or content, and contribute to improving AI responses, citation accuracy, and the overall conversational experience.
- Define business requirements around content access, permissions, governance, and metadata.
- Provide ongoing business and functional guidance during development and contribute to UAT and solution validation.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and help ensure smooth and successful sprint delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, UX, AI engineers, developers, QA, architects, and Scrum teams to align priorities, improve AI usability and response quality, and support adoption and ongoing product improvement.
Erforderliche Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including work with AI/ML products and Agile delivery.
- Experience working with enterprise AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, Agentic AI, copilots/chatbots, workflow automation, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to convert business needs into user experiences powered by AI.
- Practical experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Experience participating in UAT, testing activities, and solution validation.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Owners, development teams, and QA.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern architectures, including Azure / AI Foundry / Databricks, APIs, microservices, and multi-agent systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and contributing to measurable outcomes.
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
