Ihre Aufgaben:
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Create detailed design specifications for Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), SharePoint, and other Power Platform components to address business needs through user-friendly and efficient solutions. Ensure that Power Platform and SharePoint solutions comply with security and compliance standards, including data privacy requirements.
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, as well as provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Power Platform applications and SharePoint.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, configurations, and changes.
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform and SharePoint features and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
Erforderliche Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and SharePoint
- Power Platform certifications: PL-900, PL-200, PL-400.
- Experience with Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/SPO.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, SQL, or similar database technologies.
- Strong foundational knowledge of the Office 365 platform, including Azure cloud services.
- Ability to quickly understand how existing systems operate and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Independent, self-managed, fast learner, and able to understand the big picture in a dynamic environment.
