Our customer is a technology-driven company specializing in advanced geospatial and infrastructure intelligence solutions, leveraging AI and data integration to create high-precision 3D models for complex construction and infrastructure projects worldwide.
Ваші завдання:
- Work with industry-leading tools including OpenRoads Designer (ORD), OpenBuildings Designer (OBD), MicroStation, Civil 3D, and related platforms to create, federate, and deliver multidisciplinary models (roads, rail, utilities).
- Integrate diverse datasets (LiDAR, drone surveys, ContextCapture, topographic surveys, and SUE) into unified, intelligent, clash-free BIM models.
- Ensure high geospatial accuracy by managing coordinate systems, surface models, and utility quality levels (QL D–A), delivering construction-ready outputs.
- Serve as a technical authority in QA/QC, clash detection, ISO 19650 compliance, and metadata integration, ensuring alignment with client BIM Execution Plans and data standards.
- Mentor distributed global teams, enhance BIM workflows, and drive digital twin adoption within the Bentley ecosystem.

- 10+ years of proven experience in infrastructure BIM modeling, delivering high-quality solutions across complex, large-scale projects.
- 6+ years of successfully leading civil, rail, and utility projects, driving delivery from concept through to completion.
- Expert-level, hands-on proficiency across the Bentley ecosystem, including OpenRoads Designer, OpenBuildings Designer, MicroStation Connect Edition, and the iTwin Platform, applied in real-world project environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop advanced, federated 3D models seamlessly integrated with ProjectWise, ensuring efficient, structured, and scalable data management.
- Strong technical depth with a deep understanding of surveying principles, SUE workflows, mapping standards, and complex construction documentation, including shop drawings.
- Proven experience collaborating with clients to define asset exchange requirements, integrate precise metadata, and tailor models to client-specific templates, ensuring seamless coordination with agency BIM Managers.
- Extensive experience working within client-defined environments, including coordinate systems, grids, workspaces, worksets, and seed file standards, ensuring full alignment with project requirements and seamless model integration.
- Solid understanding of construction documentation, shop drawings, and effective technical communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- A collaborative, adaptable team player with a strong track record of working closely with engineering and project management teams to successfully deliver project outcomes.
- English – Upper-Intermediate+ (written and spoken).

- Hands-on experience with advanced Bentley applications such as OpenRail Designer, OpenUtilities Designer, OpenUtilities Substation, OpenGround, and exposure to Generative Design workflows.
- Strong capability in managing and leveraging metadata, working with reality capture technologies (including photogrammetry), and applying scripting/automation techniques using Python and Bentley SDK to enhance model efficiency and data quality.
